If you think shipping cases are not a glamorous product, well, the Matrix CMx Series won't change that opinion at all. But when your product is inside a pretty corrugated box and handled by FedEx, looks don't count for much. And after traveling some time with any of the ultra rugged Matrix Cases, you may even come to appreciate its rugged and functional design.
Durability is Case Matrix selling point, and you won't find sturdier cases on the market today. The exterior Heavy-Duty Polyethylene plastic panels are strong yet lightweight, these panels are secured by machine driven steel nickel-plated Split-Rivets (every 3") to a continuous aluminum industrial frame, pad-lockable recessed latches, and recessed spring-loaded rubber-grip handles for maximum strength and durability. Heavy-gauge steel ball corners protect all outer case corners from askew droppage, while elevating case surface a minimum of 1/4" from ground level. These shipping cases are built to exceed the Air Transport Association (ATA 300) specifications.
